Power solutions for your industry

From surface finishing to test benches, we engineer the power that secures your processes and delivers consistent results.

Surface finishing

Controlled power for flawless deposits

Explore this sector

Surface finishing demands absolute electrical precision: deposit quality, consistency and the productivity of your lines all depend directly on current stability. Our rectifiers guarantee constant power, even under intensive use.

Micronics does not treat the parts: we design and manufacture the rectifiers that power our customers' lines. Every process has its own electrical signature — voltage, current density, ripple, polarity reversal. From a few amps to several thousand, our Microswitch, Powerswitch and Modular cabinet ranges suit a single tank as well as a complete line, with manual, analogue or digital control.

Test bench

Precision in the service of measurement

Explore this sector

Without an accurate power supply, no measurement is reliable. Our solutions deliver clean, constant and calibrated power — essential for quality control and for validating your equipment under perfectly repeatable conditions.

Here again, the rectifier does not run the test: it powers and drives the bench. Programmable profiles, ramps, timer, polarity reversal, measurement and acquisition — the power supply becomes the heart of the bench, able to replay a test sequence identically hundreds of times. That is what allows two campaigns months apart to be compared without calling the measurement into question.

Our approach

Two sectors, one and the same requirement

Treating a part and qualifying a piece of equipment have nothing in common at first sight. In both cases, however, everything rests on the same thing: direct current under control, from the first amp to the last.

An uneven deposit from one end of a rack to the other, a measurement that drifts from one test campaign to the next: the cause is almost always the same, a power supply that fails to hold its setpoint. That is the whole point of an industrial rectifier — delivering exactly the current asked for, second after second, for years, and in a workshop rather than a clean room.

That is why we size every rectifier from the process, never from the catalogue. The target current density, the area to be treated, the length and cross-section of the cables, the bath temperature, the test cycle duration: each parameter shifts the operating point, and therefore the choice of machine. From a few amps on a laboratory bench to several thousand on a complete line, the same team designs, wires and tests the cabinet in Villette-d'Anthon before it is commissioned on your site.

StabilityControlled regulation and ripple

A smooth, continuously regulated current: that is what gives an even deposit on the surface finishing side, and a repeatable measurement on the test bench side.

CyclesRamps and polarity reversal

Gradual ramp-ups, timers, programmable sequences, polarity reversal: the rectifier follows the process recipe and replays it identically as many times as needed.

PilotageFrom the knob to the supervision system

Manual control, analogue setpoint or digital control, with values reported back to your system when quality monitoring requires it.
