Our range

Two families outside the standard catalogue

Alongside DC rectifiers and regulated power supplies, MicronX designs built-in modules and pulsed-current generators.

Built-in module

Back-of-Cabinet Module

A regulated DC power supply stripped back to the essentials, designed to disappear into your electrical cabinet: minimum volume and weight for maximum power, in vertical or horizontal mounting.

  • Technologie switch-mode, PWM voltage & current regulation
  • Two operating modes: constant current (CC) et constant voltage (CV)
  • Outputs on tinned copper busbars or screw terminal block, input via a plug-in connector
  • Connecteur 15-pin Sub-D for remote programming
  • Optional RS-485, Ethernet, Wi-Fi or Profibus DP control
1000 W0–600 V0–100 A2,5 kg
Pulsed current

Générateurs pulsés

Where direct current reaches its limits, pulsed current takes over: instead of a constant current, the generator delivers pulses separated by rest periods, adjustable cycle by cycle.

  • Controlled parameters : pulse duration, rest time, duty cycle and amplitude
  • Pulse reverse mode (PR) — alternating forward and reverse pulses
  • Sought after for thick or functional deposits : more even distribution, finer deposit structure
  • Typical applications: hard anodising, chromage, alloys and technical deposits
  • Same control options as the DC range: analogue, digital, touchscreen panel

Interface

Touchscreen Panel

The operator interface of MicronX rectifiers: an industrial Panel PC that replaces knobs and paper logbooks with profiles, curves and an exportable history.

What you control from the screen

  • Profile editors — save your recipes and replay them identically
  • Live display of I and U curves during the cycle
  • Current density calculator intégrée
  • Logs, traceability, archiving of completed cycles
  • Backup to USB stick for export and audit

The Touchscreen Panel mounts on the front of the rectifier, in a remote enclosure or in a cabinet. It coexists with PLC control: the operator keeps local control while the supervision system stays master remotely.
