From the initial study through to commissioning, then throughout the life of the equipment: our teams service your rectifiers and regulated power supplies. Choose below the type of support you need.
Diagnosis and intervention by our technicians directly on your premises, anywhere in France, to keep production downtime to a minimum.
Our technicians travel to your workshops to diagnose, adjust or recommission your DC rectifiers and regulated power supplies. The aim is simple: identify the cause of the fault on site and keep your production line stoppage as short as possible.
From our site in Villette-d'Anthon, Isère (France), we operate throughout France on the MicronX equipment we design and assemble. Every visit ends with a clear report on the condition of the equipment and, if needed, a proposal for repair or parts replacement.
Preventive and corrective maintenance to extend the life of your equipment and keep it reliable over time.
Preventive maintenance means regularly checking the critical parts of the rectifier — power connections, cooling, regulation, safety devices — before a failure brings your production to a halt. Corrective maintenance takes over once the equipment has already stopped.
Repairs are carried out in our own workshop by the teams who built the equipment, using genuine parts, and are guaranteed for 3 months. A well-maintained rectifier keeps its regulation accuracy, its efficiency and its service life over the years.
Genuine parts and components for the maintenance, repair and continued operation of your Micronics equipment.
We supply the genuine parts for our rectifiers and power supplies: electronic boards, power modules, control devices, control interfaces, cooling components and wear parts.
Because we design and assemble our equipment in-house, we can identify the right part number even on equipment installed several years ago. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will point you to the exact part.
Rental solutions for rectifiers and power supplies to cover temporary needs, activity peaks or breakdowns.
Rental answers a one-off need: an activity peak, a test campaign, a temporary site or equipment downtime, without any capital investment.
Together we define the voltage, current and control mode required, then we supply the matching equipment for as long as you need it. Rental is also a stopgap solution while your own rectifier is being repaired.
Refurbished and guaranteed equipment: an economical and sustainable alternative to buying new.
Our second-hand equipment consists of rectifiers overhauled in our workshop : full inspection, replacement of wear parts and testing before dispatch.
Refurbished equipment is guaranteed for 6 months. It is an economical alternative to buying new, and a more sustainable choice: it extends the life of equipment built to last in the first place. Availability depends on current stock, so do get in touch.
Training your teams to use and control our solutions, for optimal and safe operation.
Your operators and maintenance teams learn to run the rectifier day to day : voltage and current settings, use of the control panel or the touchscreen Panel PC, reading the meters, safety practices and routine maintenance.
Training takes place on your site and on your own equipment, with your own working parameters. A trained team sets the machine more accurately, spots drift earlier and calls on after-sales support less often.
Full management of your projects, from the initial study to final commissioning, with a dedicated contact.
A single point of contact follows your project from end to end: requirement analysis, choice of range and options, manufacturing schedule, delivery and start-up on site.
This way of working is particularly suited to new installations, line refurbishments and fleet replacements, where several pieces of equipment and several contacts have to be coordinated to the same schedule.
2 years on new equipment, up to 5 years with the extended warranty, 6 months on refurbished units and 3 months on workshop repairs.
New equipment is guaranteed for 2 years. A 5-year extension can be taken out at the time of purchase to protect your installation over the long term.
Repairs carried out in our workshop are covered for 3 months and refurbished equipment for 6 months. What is covered, and how to make a warranty claim, are set out on the dedicated page.
Tell us what you need — a site visit, maintenance or ongoing support — and we will get back to you quickly.
